After review and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method. গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার। কোনো পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুলভাবে ডেলিভারি হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পাওয়ার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে এবং অর্ডার নাম্বারসহ সমস্যার বিস্তারিত জানাতে হবে। আবেদন যাচাই ও অনুমোদনের পর ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন করা হবে এবং তা মূল পেমেন্ট মেথডেই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। তবে ব্যবহৃত, ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ডিসকাউন্ট/অফারকৃত পণ্যে (যদি আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকে) রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
