By accessing, registering with,
purchasing from, or otherwise using 16Bazar, users agree to comply with these
Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies of the platform.
16Bazar reserves the right to
update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will
become effective upon publication on the platform, subject to applicable laws
and regulations.
2. About 16Bazar
16Bazar is an e-commerce
marketplace operating in Bangladesh, enabling customers to discover and
purchase products offered directly by 16Bazar and/or independent sellers and
vendors through the platform.
16Bazar operates under Trade License Number: TRAD/DSCC/022265/2025 and is registered with Digital Business Identification (DBID) Number: 936109400. For marketplace products, certain product information, availability, fulfillment, warranty, and after-sales services may be provided or handled by the respective seller or vendor.
3. User Account
Users may be required to create an account or provide certain information to access specific features and services of 16Bazar.
Users are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current information.
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Keeping registered phone numbers and other account information up to date.
Activities performed through their accounts where reasonably attributable to their use.
16Bazar reserves the right to restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a material violation of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Product Information
16Bazar aims to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, the actual color, packaging, design, or appearance of a product may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.
If material product information is found to be incorrect after an order has been placed, 16Bazar or the relevant seller may contact the customer before processing or delivery.
5. Prices and Charges
All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time due to supplier pricing, promotions, market conditions, taxes, or other commercial factors.
A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed. However, where an obvious pricing, typographical, or technical error occurs, the customer may be contacted before the order is processed.
Applicable delivery charges and other fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
6. Orders and Order Confirmation
Submitting an order through 16Bazar constitutes a request to purchase the selected product(s).
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that every item has been finally accepted for fulfillment. Orders may be subject to:

Delivery times may be affected by factors including:

Events outside reasonable operational control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address together with an active contact number.
Delivery charges may vary according to destination, shipment weight, courier rates, seller, or applicable shipping rules. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout where technically available.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible, such as dispatch or handover to a courier service.
16Bazar or the relevant seller may cancel an order where:
The ordered product becomes unavailable.
Payment cannot be verified.
Delivery information is materially incomplete or invalid.
A material pricing or system error has occurred.
The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized.
Any eligible prepaid refund resulting from cancellation will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
10. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the 16Bazar Return & Refund Policy applicable to the relevant product.

Whether the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise eligible under the applicable policy.

16Bazar may moderate listings and facilitate orders, payments, customer support, returns, refunds, or disputes according to applicable marketplace procedures and policies.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use 16Bazar to:
Conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions.
Provide intentionally false or misleading information.
Interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or systems.
Upload or distribute malicious code, files, or harmful content.
Abuse promotions, coupons, discounts, refunds, reviews, or marketplace facilities.
Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
Engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law.
16Bazar may take reasonable action against accounts, orders, listings, or activities that violate these requirements.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the 16Bazar name, logo, branding, website design, platform content, graphics, software elements, and other materials owned by 16Bazar are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, product images, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected 16Bazar materials without appropriate authorization.
14. Reviews and User-Generated Content
Where 16Bazar allows users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other content, such content must be lawful, relevant, and genuine.
Users must not submit content that is:
False or intentionally misleading.
Abusive, threatening, or defamatory.
Fraudulent or deceptive.

১. ভূমিকা
16Bazar-এ স্বাগতম। 16Bazar বাংলাদেশের একটি ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যা ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ডিজিটাল সেবার মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়।
16Bazar-এ প্রবেশ, নিবন্ধন, পণ্য ক্রয় অথবা অন্য কোনোভাবে প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলি (Terms & Conditions) এবং প্ল্যাটফর্মের অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী 16Bazar এই শর্তাবলি সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধিবিধান সাপেক্ষে, কোনো পরিবর্তন প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর থেকে কার্যকর হবে।
২. 16Bazar সম্পর্কে
16Bazar বাংলাদেশের একটি ই-কমার্স মার্কেটপ্লেস, যেখানে গ্রাহকরা 16Bazar এবং/অথবা প্ল্যাটফর্মে নিবন্ধিত স্বাধীন বিক্রেতা বা ভেন্ডরদের প্রদত্ত বিভিন্ন পণ্য খুঁজে দেখতে ও ক্রয় করতে পারেন।

মার্কেটপ্লেসের পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের তথ্য, স্টকের প্রাপ্যতা, অর্ডার পূরণ, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং বিক্রয়-পরবর্তী কিছু সেবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতা বা ভেন্ডর কর্তৃক প্রদান বা পরিচালিত হতে পারে।
৩. ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট
16Bazar-এর নির্দিষ্ট কিছু ফিচার ও সেবা ব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে অথবা প্রয়োজনীয় কিছু তথ্য প্রদান করতে হতে পারে।
ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:
সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করা।
অ্যাকাউন্টের লগইন তথ্য ও পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা।
নিবন্ধিত মোবাইল নম্বর এবং অন্যান্য অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য হালনাগাদ রাখা।
ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত এবং যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে তার ব্যবহারের সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করা।
প্রতারণা, অপব্যবহার, অননুমোদিত কার্যক্রম অথবা এই শর্তাবলির গুরুতর লঙ্ঘনের যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে 16Bazar সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমিত বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৪. পণ্যের তথ্য
16Bazar যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি, স্পেসিফিকেশন, মূল্য এবং স্টকের তথ্য প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করে।
তবে ফটোগ্রাফি, আলোর পার্থক্য, ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিন সেটিংস, প্যাকেজিং পরিবর্তন অথবা প্রস্তুতকারকের পরিবর্তনের কারণে প্রকৃত পণ্যের রং, প্যাকেজিং, ডিজাইন বা বাহ্যিক চেহারায় সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
অর্ডার করার পর পণ্যের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কোনো তথ্য ভুল পাওয়া গেলে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ বা ডেলিভারির আগে 16Bazar অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতা গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
৫. মূল্য ও চার্জ
অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে সকল পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT/৳)-এ প্রদর্শিত হবে।
সরবরাহকারীর মূল্য, প্রচারণা, বাজার পরিস্থিতি, কর অথবা অন্যান্য বাণিজ্যিক কারণে পণ্যের মূল্য সময়ের সঙ্গে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
সাধারণত ইতোমধ্যে নিশ্চিত হওয়া অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তী মূল্য পরিবর্তন প্রযোজ্য হবে না। তবে স্পষ্ট মূল্যগত, টাইপিং অথবা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি থাকলে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের আগে গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং অন্যান্য ফি থাকলে অর্ডার সাবমিট করার আগে Checkout পেজে তা প্রদর্শন করা হবে।
৬. অর্ডার ও অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
16Bazar-এর মাধ্যমে কোনো অর্ডার সাবমিট করা নির্বাচিত পণ্য ক্রয়ের একটি অনুরোধ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ বার্তা পাওয়ার অর্থ এই নয় যে প্রতিটি পণ্য চূড়ান্তভাবে সরবরাহের জন্য গৃহীত হয়েছে। অর্ডার নিম্নলিখিত বিষয় যাচাইয়ের আওতাভুক্ত হতে পারে:
পণ্যের স্টক যাচাই।
পেমেন্ট যাচাই।
বিক্রেতার নিশ্চিতকরণ।
সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সুবিধার প্রাপ্যতা।
প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ ও নিরাপত্তা যাচাই।
কোনো অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য সরবরাহ করা সম্ভব না হলে গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে এবং অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করা অর্থ ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য হলে প্রযোজ্য রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া অনুযায়ী তা পরিচালনা করা হবে।
৭. পেমেন্ট
16Bazar-এ উপলব্ধ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:

Checkout-এর সময় 16Bazar কর্তৃক প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি।
গ্রাহককে সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে এবং যথাযথ অনুমোদন ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির পেমেন্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট, মাধ্যম বা পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
পণ্য, বিক্রেতা, অর্ডারের মূল্য, ডেলিভারি লোকেশন অথবা অন্যান্য পরিচালনাগত প্রয়োজনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে নির্দিষ্ট পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৮. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
প্রদর্শিত ডেলিভারি সময় একটি আনুমানিক সময়সীমা। স্পষ্টভাবে নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা না হলে এটি নিশ্চিত ডেলিভারি সময় হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
ডেলিভারির সময় নিম্নলিখিত কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে:
গ্রাহকের অবস্থান।
পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা।
বিক্রেতার পণ্য প্রস্তুত করার সময়।
কুরিয়ার কার্যক্রম।
সরকারি ছুটি।
আবহাওয়ার পরিস্থিতি।
পরিবহনজনিত সমস্যা।
যুক্তিসঙ্গত পরিচালনাগত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতি।
গ্রাহককে সম্পূর্ণ ও সঠিক ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং একটি সচল মোবাইল নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারির স্থান, পণ্যের/শিপমেন্টের ওজন, কুরিয়ার রেট, বিক্রেতা অথবা প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। প্রযুক্তিগতভাবে সম্ভব হলে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ Checkout-এর সময় প্রদর্শিত হবে।
৯. অর্ডার বাতিল
অর্ডার এমন পর্যায়ে পৌঁছানোর আগে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন, যেখানে পরিচালনাগত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করা আর সম্ভব নয়—যেমন পণ্য Dispatch হয়ে গেলে অথবা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হলে।
নিম্নলিখিত কারণে 16Bazar অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে:
অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকা।
পেমেন্ট যাচাই করা সম্ভব না হওয়া।
ডেলিভারি তথ্য অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল হওয়া।
মূল্য অথবা সিস্টেমে গুরুতর ত্রুটি থাকা।
অর্ডারটি প্রতারণামূলক, অপব্যবহারমূলক অথবা অননুমোদিত বলে প্রতীয়মান হওয়া।
বাতিল হওয়া অর্ডারের বিপরীতে অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য হলে প্রযোজ্য রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী তা প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
১০. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট
রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড এবং রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য 16Bazar Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
যোগ্যতা নির্ধারণে বিবেচিত হতে পারে:
পণ্যের ক্যাটাগরি।
পণ্যের বর্তমান অবস্থা।
রিটার্নের কারণ।
রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করার সময়সীমা।
পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ অথবা প্রযোজ্য নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী রিটার্নযোগ্য কি না।
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর গ্রাহককে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব পণ্য পরীক্ষা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে এবং Return & Refund Policy-তে উল্লেখিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে যোগ্য সমস্যার বিষয়ে জানাতে হবে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী স্বাস্থ্য, পরিচ্ছন্নতা, নিরাপত্তা, ব্যক্তিগতকরণ, পচনশীলতা অথবা অনুরূপ কারণে নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
এই শর্তাবলির কোনো কিছুই প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে গ্রাহকের বাধ্যতামূলক অধিকার বাতিল করার উদ্দেশ্যে প্রণীত নয়।
১১. মার্কেটপ্লেস বিক্রেতা ও ভেন্ডর
16Bazar স্বাধীন বিক্রেতা বা ভেন্ডরদের মার্কেটপ্লেসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত ও বিক্রির সুযোগ দিতে পারে।
বিক্রেতা ও ভেন্ডর তাদের পণ্য এবং লিস্টিং প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম অনুসরণ করছে কি না তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য দায়ী। এর মধ্যে পণ্যের বিবরণ, স্পেসিফিকেশন, মূল্য, প্রাপ্যতা এবং পণ্যটি আইনসম্মতভাবে বিক্রয়ের বিষয় অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
16Bazar প্রযোজ্য মার্কেটপ্লেস নীতি অনুযায়ী পণ্যের লিস্টিং পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং অর্ডার, পেমেন্ট, গ্রাহকসেবা, রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড অথবা বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তিতে সহায়তা করতে পারে।
১২. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
ব্যবহারকারীরা 16Bazar ব্যবহার করে নিম্নলিখিত কার্যক্রম করতে পারবেন না:
প্রতারণামূলক, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা বেআইনি লেনদেন।
ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান।
প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিরাপত্তা বা স্বাভাবিক কার্যক্রমে বাধা সৃষ্টি।
অ্যাকাউন্ট, সার্ভার, ডাটাবেজ বা সিস্টেমে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা।
ক্ষতিকর কোড, ফাইল বা কনটেন্ট আপলোড বা বিতরণ।
Promotion, Coupon, Discount, Refund, Review অথবা Marketplace সুবিধার অপব্যবহার।
মেধাস্বত্ব অথবা অন্যের আইনগত অধিকার লঙ্ঘন।
প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা নিষিদ্ধ কোনো কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ।
এসব শর্ত লঙ্ঘনকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট, অর্ডার, লিস্টিং অথবা কার্যক্রমের বিরুদ্ধে 16Bazar যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারে।
১৩. মেধাস্বত্ব
অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে 16Bazar-এর নাম, লোগো, ব্র্যান্ডিং, ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন, প্ল্যাটফর্ম কনটেন্ট, গ্রাফিক্স, সফটওয়্যার উপাদান এবং 16Bazar-এর মালিকানাধীন অন্যান্য উপকরণ প্রযোজ্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের ট্রেডমার্ক, ব্র্যান্ডের নাম, পণ্যের ছবি এবং অন্যান্য মালিকানাধীন উপকরণের অধিকার সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিকের কাছে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে।
যথাযথ অনুমোদন ছাড়া ব্যবহারকারী 16Bazar-এর সুরক্ষিত উপকরণ পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন, পুনঃপ্রকাশ অথবা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
১৪. রিভিউ ও ব্যবহারকারীর কনটেন্ট
16Bazar-এ ব্যবহারকারীদের রিভিউ, রেটিং, মন্তব্য, ছবি অথবা অন্যান্য কনটেন্ট জমা দেওয়ার সুবিধা থাকলে সেই কনটেন্ট অবশ্যই আইনসম্মত, প্রাসঙ্গিক এবং সত্য হতে হবে।
ব্যবহারকারী এমন কোনো কনটেন্ট প্রকাশ করতে পারবেন না যা:
মিথ্যা বা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে বিভ্রান্তিকর।
অপমানজনক, হুমকিমূলক বা মানহানিকর।
প্রতারণামূলক।
মেধাস্বত্ব বা অন্য কোনো আইনগত অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে।
সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য বা সেবার সঙ্গে সম্পর্কহীন।
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী নিষিদ্ধ।
প্ল্যাটফর্মের নীতিমালা বা আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য প্রয়োজন হলে 16Bazar ব্যবহারকারীর কনটেন্ট পর্যবেক্ষণ, সীমিত অথবা অপসারণ করতে পারে।
১৫. গোপনীয়তা ও তথ্য সুরক্ষা
16Bazar-এর মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য 16Bazar Privacy Policy এবং প্রযোজ্য আইনগত বিধান অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নিম্নলিখিত কাজে সংগ্রহ, প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে:
গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও পরিচালনা।
অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও সম্পন্ন করা।
শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি পরিচালনা।
পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণ।
গ্রাহকসেবা প্রদান।
প্রতারণা ও অননুমোদিত কার্যক্রম প্রতিরোধ।
প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।
16Bazar-এর সেবা পরিচালনা ও উন্নত করা।
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহারের বিস্তারিত 16Bazar Privacy Policy-তে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
১৬. প্রমোশন, কুপন ও ডিসকাউন্ট
প্রমোশনাল অফার, Coupon Code, Voucher, Campaign Price, Cashback এবং Discount-এর ক্ষেত্রে পৃথক শর্ত ও যোগ্যতার নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
এসব শর্তের মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:
অফারের মেয়াদ।
সর্বনিম্ন অর্ডার মূল্য।
সর্বোচ্চ ডিসকাউন্ট সীমা।
নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য বা ক্যাটাগরির সীমাবদ্ধতা।
বিক্রেতাভিত্তিক সীমাবদ্ধতা।
গ্রাহকের যোগ্যতা।
ব্যবহারের সীমা।
প্রমোশনাল সুবিধার প্রতারণামূলক বা অপব্যবহারমূলক ব্যবহার শনাক্ত হলে 16Bazar তা প্রত্যাখ্যান, বাতিল বা সীমিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
১৭. সেবার প্রাপ্যতা
16Bazar ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবাগুলো নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে সচল রাখার চেষ্টা করে। তবে সব সময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত সেবা নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব নয়।
সাময়িকভাবে সেবা বন্ধ বা বিঘ্নিত হতে পারে:
নির্ধারিত বা জরুরি রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কারণে।
প্ল্যাটফর্ম আপগ্রেডের কারণে।
প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে।
Hosting বা Network সমস্যার কারণে।
